Our 2025 Annual Conference will be in Albany, New York from July 16-20. Support the Conference, support the GCLS mission, and promote your work at the same time. We have a whole host of sponsorship options available. With over 300 attendees, you will be able to reach a wide sapphic literature audience.

CONFERENCE BAG INSERTS
Our conference bag is handed to every attendee at our annual conference, so your message will be visible to all at the conference...and will travel back home with everyone as well.
Include your books, services, or business with a conference bag insert. Postcards, pens, small pads of paper, or other small items can be included for the low price of $35.
Once purchased, GCLS will provide instructions on where to ship your items.
Note: Price for bag inserts increases to $45 on June 1. Order early!
CONFERENCE BADGE HOLDERS
Your logo can be printed on the conference badge holders worn by every attendee. Your name will be seen all day, every day as our attendees interact with one another!

PRINTED AWARDS PROGRAM
Our Goldie Award program is given to every awards ceremony attendee. Highlight your new release, share congratulations to your company's nominees, introduce attendees to your business or service in this full-color 9"x6" keepsake program.

PRINTED CON PROGRAM
The Souvenir Conference Program is a full color booklet, 8.5" x 11". We offer various sizes, including: full page, 1/2 page, and 1/4 page. We are expecting approximately 350 participants this year. Everyone receives the color program that is beautifully designed and laid out. The program contains descriptions of conference sessions, Writing Academy Graduates, and more. This is a well-read and perused program that is a keepsake for many attendees.

SLIDESHOWS
We will run a slideshow in the Vendor Room of our conference area and also before the Awards Ceremony during the dinner reception and seating. Please send completed artwork to betsy.carswell@goldencrown.org by June 21, 2025.
