Our refund policy is as follows:

• 100% Refund through December 31, 2024

• 75% Refund January 1, 2024 - March 21, 2025

• 50% Refund March 22, 2024 - June 10, 2025

• Refund after June 10, 2025 **0%

**In the interest of maintaining a healthful Con environment, GCLS will refund 85% of your ticket cost should you test positive for COVID or flu on or after July 1, 2025. Proof of positive test will be required for this refund exception.
